Position Overview We are seeking Elevator Technical Managers - to lead and manage installation service and maintenance operations for Nibav home lifts and Elite Elevators across key metro and regional locations The role requires hands-on technical expertise people management capability and a strong focus on project execution and customer satisfaction This is a frontline leadership role responsible for managing multiple projects large technical teams 25-50 members and ensuring quality safety and efficiency in every installation and service activity Key Responsibilities Lead and manage field operations for lift installation commissioning service and maintenance Handle a team of 25-50 technicians and engineers across multiple active projects Ensure projects are executed as per timelines safety protocols and technical standards Monitor team productivity and ensure installation service targets are achieved Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and timely issue resolution Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Management R D and Supply Chain for smooth execution Review site readiness allocate manpower and track project progress through regular reporting Optimize resource utilization and control costs without compromising quality Conduct on-site inspections safety checks and performance evaluations Act as the technical escalation point for site issues and customer concerns Candidate Profile Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical Mechanical or related field 7-10 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of lifts elevators or cranes Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple project sites simultaneously Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and safety systems related to lifts elevators Excellent team leadership customer handling and project management skills Proactive disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced customer-centric environment Willingness to travel as per project requirements Why Join Nibav Lifts and Elite Elevators Prospect to lead high-impact technical operations in a rapidly growing global brand Exposure to cutting-edge home elevator technology and multi-location project management A collaborative work culture that values innovation ownership and professional growth Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person
