Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high-quality residential and corporate projects The role involves managing projects from concept to completion ensuring design excellence technical accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with clients consultants and internal teams Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design for residential corporate and mixed-use projects Develop design concepts presentations and detailed drawings Manage projects across all stages concept schematic design design development and execution Coordinate with structural MEP landscape and interior consultants Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and authority approvals Review drawings BOQs and specifications for quality and accuracy Conduct client meetings and presentations incorporate feedback into design solutions Oversee site execution and provide design support during construction Mentor junior architects and review team outputs Ensure projects meet design intent timelines and budget constraints Required Qualifications Skill Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Registered Architect COA or relevant local authority preferred 10 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery Strong portfolio of residential and corporate commercial projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and design presentation tools Job Type Full-time Pay 21 957 55 - 100 000 63 per month Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
