Job Title Field Executive Department Sales Operations Production Support Location Field-based Reports To Area Manager Sales Manager Operations Manager Job Summary The Field Executive is responsible for on-ground execution of company activities including client visits distributor coordination order collection market feedback and support to sales and operations The role requires regular travel to assigned territories to ensure smooth implementation of company plans and achievement of business targets Key Responsibilities Visit assigned customers distributors dealers or project sites regularly Promote company products and explain features specifications and benefits Collect orders follow up on deliveries and ensure timely payment collection Coordinate with internal teams sales production logistics for order execution Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback Ensure proper product display branding and compliance at dealer locations Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support Prepare daily weekly field visit reports and submit to management Achieve assigned sales coverage and collection targets Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in any discipline preferred Business Engineering or relevant field 1-3 years of experience in field sales or operations manufacturing industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools Valid two-wheeler license mandatory four-wheeler license is an advantage Skills Competencies Negotiation and persuasion skills Customer-oriented approach Time management and planning ability Problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Compensation Benefits Fixed salary performance-based incentives Travel allowance reimbursement Mobile and other field allowances as per company policy Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
