the future of our Firm Role Summary As a Senior Consultant within the Strategic Analytics team you will serve as a key driver for data-driven decision-making You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Excel performing advanced data analysis and delivering actionable insights through clear concise presentations Your ability to turn complex data sets into understandable business recommendations will support strategic initiatives across the organization Key Roles and Responsibilities Analytics Dashboard DevelopmentDesign build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau and Excel to monitor business metrics and KPIs Perform in-depth data analysis across multiple data sources to support organizational strategy performance measurement and process improvement Continuously enhance dashboards based on stakeholder feedback ensuring usability accuracy and visual appeal Data Management Insight GenerationCollect clean and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy for analytics projects Identify trends patterns and meaningful insights from complex data and translate these into actionable recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions Presentation CommunicationCreate and deliver clear compelling presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike Develop executive-ready materials to support strategic decision-making ensuring complex analyses are field Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas Core Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Tableau dashboard design data blending calculated fields dashboard actions etc Advanced Excel skills complex formulas pivot tables data visualization VBA a plus Experience with data preparation cleaning and management best practices Basic knowledge of Python or willingness to learn is considered a plus Analytical Problem-Solving AbilitiesStrong ability to analyze complex business problems and large data sets Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive measurable impact Presentation CommunicationExceptional written and verbal communication skills especially in creating executive-facing presentations and reports Ability to tailor communication style to both technical and business audiences Organizational Interpersonal SkillsDemonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams Strong project management organization and time management skills Preferred Experience with SQL Power BI or other data visualization tools Experience in a consulting or client-facing analytics setting Advanced data
