Location Palsana Surat Industry Garment Manufacturing Textile Employment Type Full-Time About the Company A leading garment manufacturing company based in Palsana Surat specializing in innovative apparel production and high-quality textile solutions The company focuses on modern designs premium fabric development and export-quality garment manufacturing Position Overview The Textile Designer will be responsible for developing creative textile designs fabric patterns prints and artwork as per the brand s requirements The role involves coordination with the sampling production and merchandising teams to ensure timely and accurate design execution for garments Key Responsibilities Create cutting-edge textile designs prints patterns and artwork for garments Develop fabric concepts suitable for various apparel categories Work closely with the sampling and production teams for fabric execution and approval Prepare Mood Boards Color Boards Trend Boards and design themes Conduct research on market trends color forecasts textures and textile innovations Modify and finalize designs based on feedback from the design head or management Ensure print files repeats and colorways are correctly prepared for production Coordinate with printers fabric suppliers dyers and embroiders for design development Maintain a library of fabrics swatches artworks and design references Ensure quality and accuracy in all textile outputs before production Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Textile Design Fashion Design Fine Arts or relevant field Proven experience 1-5 years as a Textile Designer in a garment or textile company Strong knowledge of fabric types printing techniques weaving embroidery and garment construction Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW or other textile design software Creativity in patterns color combinations and fabric aesthetics Good understanding of market trends and fashion forecasting Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with export houses or garment manufacturing units Knowledge of digital and rotary print development Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
