Role Overview We are seeking a talented Landscape BIM Modeler Architect with at least 2 years of experience in landscape design and BIM workflows The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit and the ability to create accurate 3D BIM models terrain coordination and detailed landscape documentation Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for landscape and site works using Autodesk Revit Coordinate terrain grading softscape hardscape and outdoor furniture layouts with architectural and structural teams Prepare construction drawings planting plans irrigation layouts and presentation models Support clash detection coordination and integration with MEP civil and architectural BIM teams Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans BEP and project standards Assist in BOQ preparation quantity take-offs and project documentation Collaborate with senior architects landscape designers and project managers for design development Maintain BIM libraries for landscape elements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Architecture Landscape Architecture or related field 2 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler Architect in landscape projects Proficiency in Autodesk Revit mandatory Knowledge of AutoCAD Navisworks Lumion Enscape SketchUp is an advantage Strong understanding of landscape design grading planting and outdoor coordination Familiarity with BIM standards LOD levels and project workflows Attention to detail creativity and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams Valuable communication and documentation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience BIM Architect 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
