Profile Document Position Accounts Executive Salary CTC 3 0 - 3 6 LPA Location- Factory - Jhilmil Industrial Area East Delhi Delhi 110095 MALE CANDIDATES ONLY About Deep Cables We are a leading manufacturer of wires and cables specializing in electronic data signal control and instrumentation cables With 28 years of experience we cater to diverse B2B industrial segments offering a vast product portfolio of 800 SKUs We focus on high-growth business expansion through strong lead qualification follow-ups and client conversions Job Overview We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will not only handle sales purchase accounting but will also take full ownership of financial compliance monthly reports and statutory workings The ideal candidate should also be experienced in managing manufacturing trading related stock journals and preferable export billing documentation This is a high-responsibility role focused on managerial-level accuracy and timely reporting Key Responsibilities 1 Prepare and manage sales invoices enter vendor bills and maintain clean ledger records 2 Maintain audit books of accounts ensuring completeness and accuracy in Tally or ERP 3 Handle all statutory compliances a GST filing reconciliation returns b TDS TCS deduction payment returns c ITR preparation documentation 4 Conduct internal audits and assist in year-end closure with external CA auditor 5 Prepare manufacturing stock journal entries as per BOM production flow 6 Execute and manage export billing documentation including invoice packing list LUT shipping bill coordination etc 7 Maintain accounting hygiene for digital and physical records 8 Ensure timely month-end closing and process follow-ups Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in core accounting ideally from a manufacturing exporting company Education Preferable B Com M Com CA or CFA Inter Technical Skills Required Strong understanding of GST TDS TCS ITR and Accounts Finalization Hands-on experience in Tally ERP Excel Pivots VLOOKUP etc Working knowledge of manufacturing accounting stock journal entries Experience with export invoicing and export documentation Proactive deadline-focused and detail-oriented work approach What We Offer A stable and process-driven work environment at a 27 year-old reputed manufacturing firm Exposure to full-spectrum accounts - from GST TDS compliance to export documentation Opportunity to work closely with management and help streamline financial processes A chance to grow into a managerial role as the company scales nationally internationally Timely salary professional workspace and clear accountability Continuous learning and upskilling through real-world problem solving To Apply We are eager to welcome a star-performer who enjoys making a real impact If you are driven methodical and ready to take your skills to the next level we would love to hear from you Job Application Form- Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
