NBFC Branch Manager - Job QualificationsEducational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration Commerce Economics or related field MBA PGDM in Finance or Marketing is preferred Additional certifications in NISM IRDA or Credit Management are an added advantage Experience Requirements 3-7 years of experience in NBFC Banking or Financial Services sector Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations sales or team handling Proven track record in loan products such as personal loans business loans gold loans vehicle loans MSME loans etc Technical Functional Skills Strong knowledge of NBFC loan policies credit underwriting KYC norms RBI guidelines and recovery processes Ability to manage branch operations sales targets customer service and compliance Proficiency in MS Office CRM software Loan Management Systems and digital lending tools Valuable understanding of local market customer profiling and competitor analysis Key Competencies Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication negotiation and customer relationship abilities Ability to handle pressure deadlines and field activities Strong analytical and decision-making skills High level of integrity professionalism and problem-solving ability Other Requirements Should be willing to do field visits for business development and recovery Must have a valid driving license and preferably a two-wheeler Local language proficiency is mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
