Senior Academic CounselorJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to guide students and parents on academic programs competitive exams and career pathways The role focuses on student counseling admissions conversion and mentoring junior counselors Roles Responsibilities Counsel students and parents on courses career options and exam pathways Handle counseling for IIT-JEE NEET and other competitive exams Manage inbound outbound calls walk-ins and online inquiries Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate academic guidance Maintain student data follow-ups and reports in CRM MIS Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets Support and guide junior academic counselors Coordinate with academic and admissions teams Requirements Strong counseling communication and persuasion skills Target-oriented with a student-centric approach Ability to handle parents and students queries confidently Preferred Knowledge IIT-JEE NEET and competitive entrance exams Qualification Graduate Postgraduate MBA preferred Experience 3-6 years experience in academic counseling admissions or education sector Job Type Full-time Office-based Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Versatile schedule Provident Fund Work Location In person
