JD Essential Experience Qualifications A combination of experience that fulfills at least one of the following four criteria 4-5 years of hands-on Detail Scheduling experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or Process Industry using SAP ECC or SAP APO 4-5 years of Supply Planning experience in a Pharmaceutical industry or Process Industry using a hybrid of SAP APO and ECC 6-7 years as a Business Analyst focusing on Production Planning Execution in Pharmaceutical industry Formulation or API 6-7 years as an SAP PP and APO Functional Consultant within a Process or Pharmaceutical Formulation industry Minimum of 1 year of hands-on functional OMP OPR experience OR specifically with OMP Data Manager for data extraction and loading Detailed working knowledge in the following areas Production Scheduling Processes Production Execution and the Process Order Lifecycle ECC Production Planning Master Data Master Recipes BOM Production Versions Resources Working knowledge of Integration between SAP ECC and Electronic Batch Systems e g PAS-X Capacity Calculations and Scheduling Parameters Setup Rates Buffers Inventory Parameters and Lot Sizes Proven data analytics skills with Advanced Excel and basic proficiency in Power Query Desirable Skills Nice to Have Understanding of the Engineering Change Management ECM ECO process in ECC Experience of detail scheduling with SAP APO PPDS or SAP S 4HANA PP DS Experience in a GxP regulated environment and understanding of relevant compliance requirements Personal Profile Analytical Mindset Valuable problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data Root cause data issues Detail-Oriented Meticulous attention to detail especially concerning master data and system parameters Proactive Collaborative A self-starter who can work independently and liaise effectively with systems technical teams business users and data management groups Excellent Communicator Business facing role and therefore ability to translate technical concepts into presentations explain the concepts and answer questions
