Job Title Accountant Location Ahmedabad Company Advanced Hair Studio Experience 2-5 Years Industry Healthcare Wellness Aesthetic Services Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at Advanced Hair Studio Ahmedabad The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles statutory compliance and hands-on experience with Tally ERP systems Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities including billing invoicing receipts payments and petty cash Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in Tally ERP Handle accounts payable and receivable vendor payments and reconciliation of statements Prepare monthly MIS reports cash flow statements and expense summaries Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor fund positions Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and financial clarifications Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements Assist in coordinating with auditors during internal and annual audits Support budgeting cost control and financial planning activities Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company accounting standards Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance B Com M Com preferred 2-5 years of experience in accounting preferably in retail healthcare or service industry Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and basic financial tools Strong understanding of GST TDS and statutory compliance Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details Working Days 6 days a week Role Type Full-time In office Preferred Candidate Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 597 68 - 39 843 30 per month Work Location In person
