About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled VTL Operator with strong machine programming capabilities to join our production team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating setting up and Fanuc Siemens programming Vertical Turret Lathe machines for precision machining of components Key Responsibilities Operate and program CNC VTL machine Create modify and optimize machining programs to ensure accuracy and productivity Set up tools fixtures and workpieces as per job requirements Interpret engineering drawings GD T and machining processes Perform precision machining operations such as turning facing boring threading and grooving Make necessary offsets tool wear adjustments and parameter changes Inspect machined components using instruments like Vernier micrometer bore gauge height gauge etc Ensure machining accuracy surface finish and dimensional tolerances Maintain documentation for production inspections and program changes Troubleshoot machining issues tool failures and dimensional deviations Carry out routine preventive maintenance and keep machines in good working condition Follow workplace safety standards and maintain a clean work area Required Skills Qualifications ITI Diploma in Turner Machinist Fitter Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in VTL machine operation Strong knowledge of CNC VTL programming Fanuc Siemens Ability to independently set up and run complex machining operations Strong understanding of cutting parameters tooling and machining strategies Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD T Knowledge of SPC tolerances and process control is an advantage Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in heavy machining components Exposure to CAD CAM software optional but beneficial Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting experience Benefits Attractive salary package PF ESI other statutory perks Career growth and skill development opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or send their updated resume to Email rajendra marinesolutionz com Phone (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
