Job Title Talent Acquisition Executive Location Malakpet Hyderabad Experience Required 2-4 Years Employment Type Full time Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Malakpet Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment stakeholder coordination and sourcing quality talent across various domains You will play a key role in strengthening our hiring process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding Source candidates through job portals social media referrals networking and internal databases Screen resumes conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions Use ATS CRM tools to manage candidate information and recruitment workflow Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Execute recruitment campaigns for bulk hiring or niche roles as required Track weekly monthly recruitment metrics and generate reports Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment BPO IT Non-IT preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with job portals Naukri Indeed LinkedIn etc Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements Good negotiation and relationship-management skills Familiarity with HR tools ATS CRM systems and MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 11 164 33 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
