assigned business units including but not limited to eDiscovery Project Management Client Services Product Management Product Development Engineering Finance and Technology Services Cultivates talent sourcing channels partners with vendors when necessary creates talent pipelines vets external applicants develops relationships with leaders and closes searches against aggressive timelines to successfully achieve our business goals while providing a platinum level candidate experience What will this person do Partner consult with hiring managers to develop and execute fulfillment strategies source candidates review shortlist resumes schedule and conduct phone in-person interviews as well as contribute to hiring decisions Track collate feedback and regularly update the status for open positions Collaborate to create a database of resumes and candidates for future requirements Demonstrate value by understanding business needs and building solid customer relationships Align with the timely updates in the internal tool Proactively network cold-call and penetrate passive candidate networks to build a candidate pool Understand our talent strategy through your partnership with hiring managers including workforce planning shaping requisitions and building compelling job postings Assess candidate qualifications by looking beyond applications and finding the best candidates for our organization leveraging multiple technologies and creative outlets Communicate labor market trends to educate hiring manager on the employment market and how it affects the candidate pool Extend and negotiate offers of employment looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and our organization Proactively contribute to creating exceptional experiences for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process Train managers on Lighthouse systems tools and policies related to talent acquisition Use diverse sourcing techniques to recruit and interview without assistance from outside agencies when possible Drive recruiting process from requisition to closure in a timely and cost-effective manner Perform other related duties as assigned Bring your passion and together we will shine It would also be great if you had the following Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years corporate and or agency technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting Ability to perform both tactical and strategic recruiting as a talent advisor Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to establish credibility and partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and needs and create and execute talent acquisition plans Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast paced and high-volume recruitment efforts Deep experience managing expectations for both candidates and business leaders Strong customer-service orientation and influencing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic creative and innovative thinking skills ability to exercise sound judgment Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Experience with Microsoft suite including Excel PowerPoint Teams and Word Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as ADP Workforce Now and social media tools required Work Environment and Physical Demands Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table Duties require the ability to use a computer communicate over the telephone and read printed material in a quiet and professional setting Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours evenings
