We are seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee GET to join our Electric Vehicle EV division as a Battery Technician The selected candidate will be trained and involved in hands-on activities related to EV battery assembly testing performance analysis and maintenance This role provides exposure to real-world EV operations and product development environments Key Responsibilities Assist in the assembly testing and installation of EV battery packs Conduct performance testing cell balancing and diagnostics under supervision Monitor charging and discharging cycles and record key performance data Support preventive and corrective maintenance of battery systems Work with the R D and production teams on new battery technologies and safety testing Follow all standard operating procedures SOPs and safety norms during battery handling Maintain detailed technical documentation and daily reports Assist in troubleshooting and failure analysis of battery systems Qualifications B E B Tech in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible Basic understanding of EV systems Li-ion batteries or battery management systems BMS preferred Knowledge of electrical measurements and safety practices Skills Required Robust technical aptitude and analytical mindset Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment Attention to detail and safety compliance Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging EV technologies Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
