Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage the billing and payment processes at our kids retail store The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent customer service abilities to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers Key Responsibilities Billing and Payment Handling Operate the POS Point of Sale system efficiently to handle cash credit and digital payments Process customer purchases and ensure accurate billing Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers with billing inquiries Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments Cash Management Maintain the cash drawer balance and ensure all cash transactions are accounted for Prepare end-of-day financial reports and reconcile cash credit transactions Inventory and Reporting Update and maintain sales records in the store s system Use Microsoft Excel to generate daily weekly reports for sales inventory and cash flow Compliance and Security Adhere to company policies regarding transaction processing and data confidentiality Maintain a clean and organized cashier station Qualifications and Skills Education High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree preferred Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cashiering or retail operations Experience with retail POS systems and basic inventory management Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel data entry formulas basic reports Familiarity with email and other basic computer applications Key Attributes Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment Trustworthy dependable and punctual What We Offer Opportunity for qualified growth within the organization A vibrant and inclusive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Retail cashier 1 year Preferred total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
