Responsibilities :

- Business Development Manager will be responsible to achieve company’s revenue goals.
- This position works closely with the CEO, with direct responsibilities of the complete sales cycle including, lead qualification, nurturing leads, proposal making, sales presentations and closing sales for all the target geographies.
- Handling a team of BDE & Inside Sales representatives Involved in training, mentoring and management of individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team targets.
- Experience in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building current accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts
- Keep CRM updated.
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
- Has experience in Strategic Market Planning,



including Business plan & Sales Strategy development.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain sales and business development opportunities.

Skill Set:

- Must have End-to-End IT Services Sales & Business Development experience in USA and Canada.
- Team Management.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- Negotiator
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
