Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with 3 to 7 years of experience in Facility Management services. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance across commercial, residential, or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and identify operational issues.
- Carry out routine inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors and facility teams for planned maintenance activities.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and resolve issues within the defined timeline.
- Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, motors, compressors,



filters, belts, and controls.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of plant rooms and work areas.
- Follow client SOPs and site-specific operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems and facility maintenance operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with BMS systems is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Facility Management companies.
- Exposure to commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, corporate offices, residential towers, or industrial facilities.
- Experience handling centralized AC systems and MEP maintenance activities.

Salary As per industry standards and experience.
