Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections at cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages.
- Check garments for defects, measurements, workmanship, and overall quality.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and buyer specifications.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
- Monitor fabric quality, stitching accuracy, finishing, and packaging standards.
- Prepare quality control reports and maintain inspection records and documentation.
- Approve finished garments before final dispatch and shipment.
- Perform random audits during production to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Investigate quality complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of garment quality control processes and inspection techniques.




- Understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
- Ability to identify garment defects and measurement deviations.
- Familiarity with quality standards, AQL, and buyer requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare quality reports and maintain documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
