PROJECT MANAGER / SITE FOREMAN / SITE SUPERVISOR

At Goomti, the site is where the promise is kept. Everything decided in the studio has to survive contact with real materials, real vendors, and real deadlines. We are looking for a Project Manager who makes that happen, and who cares as much about the finish as the designer does.

This is a hands-on role. You will run live interior projects, keep designers and execution teams aligned, and be the person who knows exactly where every project stands.

What you will do

- Manage interior projects on site from execution through handover
- Keep the design team and the execution team working to the same understanding
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and site teams day to day
- Track timelines, quality, and progress against plan
- Run quality checks and hold the standard on finishes and detailing
- Flag risks and delays early, with a solution ready
- Maintain site documentation and progress reporting
- Be on site regularly, and with clients when needed

What we are looking for

- 3 to 6 years of experience managing interior fit-out or execution projects
- Strong working knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and site processes
- Ability to read and work from drawings and BOQs
- Proven coordination skills across vendors, contractors, and internal teams




- Comfort with project tracking tools, Excel or Google Sheets
- Clear communication, both on site and in writing
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or a related field

The details

Location: Kolkata, in-office, with daily site presence as projects require
Hours: Approximately 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM as a general benchmark. This is client and site-driven work, so timings vary. Early site visits and versatile days come with the role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
