We are inviting applications for Manager - Medical Services

Qualification - BDS/BAMS/BHMS with MBA

Experience - 5+ yrs.

- Manage day-to-day operations of all clinical departments.
- Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, nursing teams, and allied health professionals.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT, and specialty services.
- Monitor patient flow and clinical service efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues impacting patient care.
- Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and privileging of consultants and RMOs.
- Maintain consultant agreements, schedules, and performance records.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and certifications.
- Facilitate communication between medical staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, clinical protocols, and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives,



and accreditation activities.
- Monitor departmental quality indicators and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Organize CMEs, clinical training programs, and skill development sessions.
- Ensure mandatory training compliance for medical staff.
- Coordinate departmental induction and orientation programs.
- Support continuous career development initiatives.
- Prepare monthly medical services reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present departmental performance reports to management.
- Analyze trends and recommend improvement strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,682.80 per month
