- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Administer compensation, perks, and payroll coordination.
- Lead performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Identify training and development needs and organize learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and a positive work culture.
- Advise managers on HR matters and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and recommend improvement
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
