Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, process orders, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting company standards and performance goals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
