- Key Responsibilities: Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms) to support research,documentation, data analysis and day to day report.
- Perform quick and accurate calculators related to pricing,costs, quantities, margins and currency conversions.
- Assist with import and foreign trade documentation (on the job training will be provided).
- Cooordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders,custom agents and internal teams to ensure smooth import operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and spreadsheets.
- Track shipments and follow up on documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by leveraging AI tools and digital solutions.
- Support the foreign trade team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Required Skills: Positive mental math and numerical aptitude.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and especially excel.
- willingness to learn import import documentation and international trade processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
