You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development technologies related to .Net frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in coding and debugging.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
