We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Board of Directors and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain records of important events, plans, and official communications.
- Track tasks, reminders, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare meeting notes and reports when required.
- Accompany the Managing Director on official visits and factory trips as needed.




- Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital scheduling tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
