Project Manager – Interior Design Company

Job Summary

The Project Manager oversees interior design projects from planning to completion. This role coordinates timelines, budgets, vendors, site teams, and client communication to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage interior design projects from concept to handover.

Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Prepare project schedules, work plans, and milestone trackers.

Monitor budgets, procurement, and material delivery timelines.

Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy.

Conduct site visits and ensure work is progressing as per design and quality standards.

Resolve site issues, delays, and coordination challenges quickly.

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.

Track approvals, decisions, and action items from meetings.

Ensure all work complies with project requirements, safety,



and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

3–8 years of experience in interior design or fit-out project coordination.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and site execution.

Positive understanding of design documentation, BOQs, and procurement processes.

Experience in handling residential, commercial, or office interior projects is preferred.

Required Skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
