Job Position: Sales Executive
Experience: Min 2 - 3 Years in Sales and Marketing
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Job Description:
- Prospect and identify recent potential clients or customers.
- Follow up on leads, cold call, or approach potential clients.
- Conduct product or service presentations to customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business.
- Address customer concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized support and service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Work towards closing sales agreements and securing long-term contracts.
- Handle objections and ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Track progress towards sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.
