Position: Travel Consultant

Experience: 1–5 Years (Travel Industry Preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused Travel Consultant who can handle travel inquiries, design attractive holiday packages, and convert leads into happy travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer travel queries via call/WhatsApp/email
- Create customized domestic & international holiday packages
- Share quotations, itineraries, and follow up for closure
- Coordinate with hotels/vendors for rates & availability
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking
- Maintain CRM / client data / follow-up discipline
Requirements:
- Good communication & sales skills
- Experience in holiday package sales preferred
- Knowledge of domestic/international destinations
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM)
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-first mindset
