We are seeking an experienced Manager of Finance & Accounts to lead our Finance function and ensure the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and compliance. The role oversees all financial operations—Sales, Purchase, Payments, Bank, MIS, and Taxation—supporting our ₹100 Cr EPC & Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accuracy, Integrity & Timeliness (Checker/Approver Role)

- Approve customer invoices after verifying contract terms, rates, GST, retention, and advance adjustments.
- Approve vendor bills after reviewing PO–GRN–Invoice match, GST correctness, and advance/retention adjustments.
- Ensure timely issuance of sales invoices and timely liability booking for purchases.
- Validate all entries before finalisation in Tally Prime.
- Ensure productive Payment operations aligned with management policies.

2. Financial Control & Reporting

- Review Bank Reconciliation Reports.
- Approve Payment Proposals before release.
- Verify/prepare MIS reports (Financial, Accounting, Costing, Treasury).
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closure.

3. Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, Advance Tax, ROC filings, PF/ESI, and audit submissions.
- Act as final reviewer of statutory returns from the Taxation Desk.




- Liaise with statutory auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulators.
- Oversee litigation, notices, assessments, and guide responses.
- Drive process improvements in Tally Prime workflows, compliance systems, and MIS reporting.

4. Leadership & Oversight

- Lead the entire Finance & Accounts Department.
- Implement segregation of duties (Maker–Recorder–Checker).
- Provide guidance for escalated issues across desks.
- Act as single-point authority for financial reporting to the Executive Director/Board.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in EPC/Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
- Expertise in Tally Prime, MIS reporting, and financial audits.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
