We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional for the role of Accounts & Taxation Executive / Senior Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit functions, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle internal audit activities and ensure adherence to audit practices and principles.
- Manage accounting functions including preparation and analysis of Balance Sheets and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other direct & indirect taxes.
- Prepare and file:
- Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- GST Returns (GSTR)
- TDS Returns and related forms
- Tax Audit Reports
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports using Excel and accounting/tax software.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions under the Companies Act and taxation laws.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit practices and principles.
- In-depth experience in:
- TDS
- GST
- Balance Sheet finalization
- Audit & Statutory Compliance
- Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Good working knowledge of Accounts, Taxation, and the Companies Act.
- Proficiency in filing ITR, GSTR, TDS forms, and Tax Audit Reports.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with tax/accounting software such as Spectrum.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and compliance orientation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Commerce graduate/postgraduate or relevant skilled qualification.
- Relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance functions preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
