Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable colleges, universities, and courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert student enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Update student information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.




- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Admission Counselling, Student Counselling, Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Business Development, Relationship Management, or EdTech is an added advantage.
