for the role of Safety Officer HSE Officer Job Title Safety Officer HSE Officer Department Health Safety Environment HSE Location Insert Location Reports To HSE Manager Site Manager Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations and policies - Conduct regular site inspections risk assessments and safety audits - Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions - Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment PPE - Conduct safety induction toolbox talks and training for employees - Investigate and report on incidents accidents and near misses - Maintain safety records and documentation as per company standards - Support the implementation of waste management fire safety and emergency response plans - Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits - Promote a culture of safety awareness across the organization Requirements - Diploma Degree in Occupational Health Safety or related field - Certification in NEBOSH IOSH Fire Safety preferred - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role - Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations local and national - Strong observation reporting and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
