Company Description Groot Technology Solutions is a rapidly growing ecommerce company helping E-commerce sellers to create their brand across various online marketplaces primarily on Amazon Myntra Global marketplaces like Etsy Walmart We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team and take charge of the responsibilities We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage client accounts handle product listings and prepare performance reports The role requires strong communication skills hands-on experience in account management and excellent proficiency in Excel and reporting Key Responsibilities Product listing and management across e-commerce platforms Preparing analysing and maintaining Excel-based reports daily weekly monthly Manage and maintain accounts on multiple ecommerce platforms for various sellers mandatory Managing and coordinating with clients to understand requirements Respond promptly to seller s inquiries and address any issues or concerns Monitoring product performance and sharing insights through reports Ensuring accuracy of data listings and reports Supporting internal teams with data and performance analysis Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in account management mandatory Robust knowledge of MS Excel Formulae VLOOKUP XLOOKUP pivot tables reports Good communication skills Fluency in English and Hindi spoken Experience in product listing and e-commerce operations specially in Amazon Myntra Preferred Candidate Profile Experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and reports Good coordination and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
