The Store Keeper Store In charge is responsible for managing inventory maintaining stock records ensuring the proper storage of materials and coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the store This role ensures accurate documentation efficient stock management and supports smooth operations within the organization Key Responsibilities 1 Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests when required Conduct regular stock checks cycle counts and annual physical inventory Prevent overstocking understocking and minimize material wastage 2 Store Operations Receive inspect and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices Ensure proper storage and labelling of products to maintain quality and accessibility Organize materials in a clean secure and systematic manner Dispatch materials as per approved requisitions Documentation Reporting Maintain updated stock registers GRNs issue slips and other store documents 4 Coordination Coordinate with procurement production accounts and other departments for smooth operations Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries returns or replacements Assist audits and provide necessary documentation Prepare and submit daily weekly monthly inventory reports Report stock discrepancies damaged goods and slow-moving items to management Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
