GM DGM Architecture Industrial Projects Role Definition About Company ADCPL - Aashray Design Consultants Pvt Ltd is a prominent Architectural Engineering and Interior Design company in Delhi India serving clients for over 34 years The company is located in Faridabad and is known for its innovative and sustainable design solutions We are seeking a skilled and dynamic GM DGM Architecture to oversee our Design Studio and manage multiple industrial warehousing projects across India from inception to completion Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the design team ensuring high-quality timely delivery of drawings from Concept to GFC stage Oversee the design and technical accuracy of all architectural interior and building service designs Electrical Plumbing HVAC Fire Fighting Manage 5-7 large-scale projects simultaneously coordinating with architects engineers and consultants to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution Handle the tendering process and preparation of BOQs Conduct detailed review and cross-checking of sub-consultant drawings Structural MEP Act as the key interface between clients contractors consultants and internal teams ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines Conduct site visits across Delhi NCR and PAN India 1-2 days month preparing relevant reports and documentation Ensure compliance with building regulations safety standards and project specifications Maintain effective communication with clients and contractors managing project updates and progress reports Take ownership of project delivery including regular progress reviews and issue resolution Qualifications Skills B Arch from a recognized university 8-10 years experience in a similar role with a focus on industrial and warehousing projects Proven experience managing steel building projects PEB and large-scale industrial units Strong understanding of architectural and interior design standards and building services Experience in project management including BOQ preparation and tendering Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Project Management is a plus Key Attributes Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting managing multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution and team management A dynamic personality with a passion for architecture and design excellence Pay as per the industry norms and profile of the candidate Interested candidates can share their CV Resume to hr adcpl in or WhatsApp - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 85 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
