Oversee day-to-day construction activities across all ongoing projects within the branch Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers and Contractors to resolve site issues Maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and subcontractors Ensure all projects comply with company policies statutory norms and safety standards Identify business opportunities and support tendering and estimation teams in securing current projects Requirement Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 10 years of marketing experience with 5 years in a managerial role Must have experience in the real estate or interior fitout industry Proven experience in lead generation sales funnel management and achieving growth targets Strong communication and client relationship management skills Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
