OET Coordinator Location Palarivattom Kochi Work From Office Department OET Employment Type Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented OET Coordinator to manage OET class schedules tutor coordination student allocation and basic academic support The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable appearing in video-based learning content when required Key Responsibilities 1 Coordination Scheduling Check and confirm tutors availability daily Track tutor working hours and ensure optimal utilization Prepare OET class slots and allocate them to candidates accurately Ensure schedules are properly maintained and communicated to the team 2 Academic Support Conduct basic info orientation classes for OET candidates Assist students with initial OET-related queries Maintain updated knowledge of OET modules and training standards 3 Communication Presentation Maintain skilled communication with tutors and candidates Must have strong English communication skills spoken written Should be presentable on camera for video recordings or presentation content 4 Administrative Responsibilities Maintain daily logs related to classes students and tutor schedules Coordinate with internal departments for smooth OET operations Ensure completion of tasks within deadlines and with high accuracy Requirements Excellent English language proficiency mandatory Strong coordination and multitasking abilities Confident presentable and comfortable on video Basic understanding of educational coordination or admin work preferred Quick learner with good interpersonal skills Ability to conduct basic OET information sessions Work Details Work Mode Work From Office Location Palarivattom Kochi Work Timings 1 00 PM to 10 30 PM Weekly Off No leave on Sundays Sunday working is mandatory Salary Range 25 000 - 30 000 per month Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
