Musician Onboarding Executive About Muzigal Muzigal was founded in the year 2020 with a vision to make high-quality music education accessible and affordable by connecting huge untapped music teaching talent with aspiring learners through its app and offline academies Within 24 months of its inception Muzigal has served over 24 000 students and more than 400 teachers Muzigal is the first-ever organized player revolutionizing the music education space Muzigal has emerged as a dominant player in the last 18 months and has become the largest destination for music teachers and students Muzigal offers beginners to Intermediate level music classes across Indian and western music genres for all age groups through its proprietary curriculum delivered by qualified music teachers Muzigal currently operates several offline academies in Hyderabad Bengaluru and is expanding its footprint at a run rate of 4 current academies per month Role Overview The Onboarding Expert at Muzigal is a full-time position reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager and the Teacher Onboarding Manager This role will be responsible for planning and conducting technical interviews for all music teachers ensuring alignment with company guidelines Roles Responsibilities Conduct technical interviews for prospective music teachers daily based on current needs and requirements Collaborate with franchisee partners to discuss the skills knowledge and reliability of shortlisted onboarded teachers with the support of the Teacher Onboarding Team Address teacher-related issues and challenges faced by partners with the Teacher Onboarding Team Work closely with the Teacher Onboarding and Teacher Success teams to identify and bridge gaps offering appropriate support and direction Assist the Teacher Onboarding Team in screening teacher profiles for technical skills and knowledge Create daily summaries and reports with Teacher Onboarding and Teacher Success teams Ensure the completion of all onboarding formalities for new teachers at Academies and Online by coordinating with the Teacher Onboarding Team Skills Excellent communication skills Fluency in Hindi and English proficiency in Telugu is a plus Expertise in multiple musical instruments is an added advantage Prior experience in teaching music is required Strong knowledge of music theory in both Indian and Western music Intermediate- to advanced-level performance certification from internationally recognised exam boards e g Trinity Rockschool ABRSM Work Experience - 1 years of experience Music Education Expertise Teacher Evaluation Onboarding Administrative Technical Support Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
