Talent Acquisition Executive Non-IT Location Noida Industry Building Material Experience 1-2 Years Non-IT Hiring Gender Preference Female About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in the building materials industry The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills excellent communication and hands-on experience managing multiple hires Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles sales operations supply chain accounts admin etc Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Source candidates through Job Portals LinkedIn Social Media Employee Referrals etc Screen resumes conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable profiles Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring status reports Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR or related field 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring preferably in building material manufacturing or similar industries Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tools Additional Information Working Days 6 days As per company norms Salary As per company standard Gender Requirement Female candidates only Location Noida On-site Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
