About the role We re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative initiatives You ll act as the key link between strategy creative production and channel teams driving clarity momentum and accountability across every stage of the project lifecycle This is a highly collaborative cross-functional role that requires a balance of creative understanding operational rigour and stakeholder management Ideal for someone with strong project leadership experience adaptable across different marketing or creative sectors retail brand digital etc You will be responsible for Manage integrated creative projects from brief through to delivery including timelines resources scope and dependencies Lead cross-functional teams that may include creatives designers copywriters media planners channel leads and third-party agencies Own project plans and workflows ensuring clear responsibilities smooth handoffs and timely escalations Track progress against milestones and ensure alignment with campaign and business goals Facilitate regular check-ins reviews and retrospectives with project teams and stakeholders Resolve blockers quickly and proactively manage risks around delivery capacity or scope Partner with Resource Managers and Traffic Managers to align people and priorities Communicate effectively at all levels from briefing creative teams to updating senior stakeholders on timelines or budget risks You will need 5 years of experience managing marketing or creative projects ideally in retail e-commerce agency or content-heavy sectors Proven experience delivering multi-format campaigns across digital print AV and in-store Experience working in matrixed or agile teams is a plus Strong understanding of creative development workflows production processes and stakeholder coordination Proficiency with project management tools like Workfront Asana Jira Smartsheet or similar Confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while keeping an eye on the bigger picture Whats in it for you At Tesco we are committed to providing the best for you As a result our colleagues enjoy a unique differentiated market- competitive reward package based on the current industry practices for all the work they put into serving our customers communities and planet a little better every day Our Tesco Rewards framework consists of pillars -
