Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and execute construction projects from planning to completion The role involves ensuring structural integrity compliance with design specifications timely execution and cost-effective resource management Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Study and interpret structural and architectural drawings and specifications Assist in project planning scheduling budgeting and execution Supervise site activities to ensure project progress as per plan and quality standards Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and site workers Site Supervision Quality Control Monitor site work to ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications Conduct quality checks and prepare reports Measurement Billing Maintain daily work reports labor reports and material consumption logs Take measurements on-site and assist in preparing contractor bills Verify vendor bills against actual site work Vendor Resource Coordination Coordinate with vendors suppliers for timely delivery of materials Ensure optimal utilization of manpower machinery and materials Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations at the site Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and MS Office Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of relevant codes and standards IS codes NBC etc Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution 2-6 years of experience in site execution supervision or project coordination Experience in residential commercial industrial infrastructure projects is an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
