Location Goregaon East Company Resonance Digital Please note that there will be alot of exterior work involved We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating photorealistic renderings and animations for architectural projects You will work closely with architects designers and project managers to bring conceptual designs to life Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D visualizations including still images and animations for architectural projects Develop detailed and accurate 3D models from architectural plans sketches and other reference materials Produce photorealistic renderings with appropriate lighting textures and materials Collaborate with the design team to ensure visualizations accurately represent design intent Work on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of visuals Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements Participate in client presentations and meetings as required Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and materials Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture Design 3D Visualization or related field Minimum 4-7 years of experience in architectural visualization or a related role Proficiency in 3D modeling software Strong skills in rendering software Corona Experience with post-production tools e g Photoshop After Effects Excellent understanding of architectural detailing lighting and materials Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Application Question s Share portfolio link Work Location In person
