We re seeking an experienced Accountant for immediate hire Responsibilities include managing financial transactions preparing reports and ensuring compliance Knowledge of billing sales purchase GST and TDS is essential for this role Key Responsibilities 1 Issue of Proforma Invoice Purchase Order and Management of Invoice 2 Proficient in Tally ERP 9 Excel Microsoft Word proper filling maintaining of documents records 3 Voucher Entries in tally for Sale and Purchase Payment Receipts Inventory Journal Voucher 4 Bank Reconciliation 5 General day to day office Commercial activities 6 Basic knowledge of GST TDS Desired Skills- Working experience in Tally is highly required Should have working knowledge of all Statutory Compliances like PF ESIC Professional tax Income tax etc Should have working knowledge for GST and TDS Proficient in MS Office applications Excel Word Positive written and verbal communication interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts Should have good verbal and written English Ability to work independently as well as in a team Education- Bachelor s degree in any stream Experience- 1 year of experience in relevant field Timings- 10 00 AM - 6 30 PM Salary- CTC upto 25k Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Tally 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person
