- Visual Merchandiser Retail Position Visual Merchandiser VM Department Retail Operations Reports to Retail Manager Cluster Manager Key Responsibilities Plan and implement effective visual merchandising strategies across retail stores Ensure product displays signage lighting and layouts are in line with brand guidelines Regularly update window displays mannequins and in-store visuals to attract customer attention Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative display ideas Ensure stock levels on display are maintained and replenished as required Train store staff on VM standards and ensure compliance across locations Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback for improvement Maintain VM materials props and display equipment Key Skills Competencies Solid creativity and design sense Knowledge of retail trends and customer preferences Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and design tools added advantage Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Fashion Retail Management or related field 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising preferably in retail apparel sector Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
