Job Title Lead Architect - International Projects Job Overview This role involves designing residential structures from single-family homes to larger developments The architect translates client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs ensuring they are safe structurally sound and compliant with all relevant laws Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Discuss project goals requirements budget and site specifics with clients to understand their needs Design Planning Develop architectural concepts prepare scaled drawings blueprints and 3D models using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit Technical Documentation Create construction documents including detailed plans for structural mechanical and electrical systems Regulatory Compliance Ensure designs adhere to all AUS building codes zoning regulations and quality standards Coordination Liaise and coordinate with engineers contractors suppliers and other professionals throughout the design and construction phases Project Management Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively Site Monitoring Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issues ensuring the project aligns with the architectural plans Presentation Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders Qualifications Skills Education A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field is required Licensure A professional license as an Architect is often required Software Proficiency Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD Revit and other relevant architectural and 3D modeling tools Technical Skills Robust understanding of structural systems building materials and construction methods Soft Skills Excellent communication collaboration problem-solving and attention to detail Experience Proven experience in residential design projects supported by a strong portfolio Architects Occupational Outlook Handbook Prepare scaled drawings either with computer software or by hand Prepare contract documents for building contractors Thank you Farha Job Type Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
