Job Title Project Manager - Steel Structures PEB Location In and around Tamil Nadu Department Projects Operations Reports to Managing Director Job Purpose To lead plan execute and deliver steel structure PEB projects within budget on time and to required quality standards ensuring smooth coordination between clients consultants site teams and internal departments Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation Review drawings specifications and client requirements for clarity and feasibility Ensure compliance with engineering standards safety and quality norms Client Stakeholder Management Act as the single point of contact for clients consultants and contractors Conduct regular meetings with clients for progress updates approvals and issue resolution Site Team Management Supervise project execution on-site through site engineers and contractors Monitor daily site progress manpower materials and machinery deployment Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project quality standards Budget Cost Control Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts Control material consumption subcontractor billing and cost variations Approve and certify subcontractor vendor invoices Coordination Reporting Coordinate between design procurement logistics and erection teams Provide weekly monthly project status reports to the management Identify risks delays and bottlenecks take corrective actions proactively Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client handling abilities Problem-solving decision-making and negotiation skills Strong knowledge in project management Familiarity with industry codes standards and safety practices Qualifications Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Mechanical Engineering preferred 8-20 years of experience in steel structures PEB industry Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale PEB projects from concept to completion Performance Indicators KPIs On-time project delivery Adherence to budget and cost control Client satisfaction and repeat business Compliance with quality and safety standards Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s We are expecting immediate joinees for this position so please revert your estimated or available joining date Work Location In person
