Billing Engineer - Horticulture Division at Sidh Green International Pvt Ltd Position Billing Engineer - Horticulture Division Company Sidh Green International Pvt Ltd Location Noida Must have own bike Horticulture Background B tech Civil Engineer About Sidh Green International Pvt Ltd Sidh Green International Pvt Ltd is a leading company in the horticulture industry specializing in innovative green solutions for landscaping agricultural projects and sustainable horticulture practices We are dedicated to enhancing the environment through eco-friendly initiatives and the promotion of green technologies We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Billing Engineer to join our horticulture division and contribute to the growth and success of our projects Position Overview The Junior Billing Engineer will be responsible for assisting with billing and invoicing tasks related to horticultural and landscaping projects This role requires close collaboration with project managers finance teams and other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of project costing measurement and billing in the horticulture sector Key Responsibilities Billing Invoicing Assist in preparing detailed bills and invoices for horticultural projects landscaping contracts and other related services Ensure that all billing information is accurate complete and aligned with project specifications contracts and client agreements Maintain accurate records of all invoicing payments and billing correspondence Project Costing Measurement Support the project team in measuring and verifying quantities of materials labor and services involved in horticulture and landscaping projects Review project documentation plans contracts etc to ensure accurate billing based on completed work Track and reconcile project budgets ensuring that billed amounts align with the scope and progress of work Coordination with Finance Accounts Teams Work closely with the finance and accounts departments to ensure timely billing and payment processing Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to project billing revenue and expenses Support in resolving billing discrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors Contract Review Documentation Review contracts and agreements with clients to ensure that all billing terms and conditions are followed Help in preparing documentation for client billing approvals and signatures Client Interaction Follow-up Communicate with clients to clarify billing concerns or to provide information regarding invoices and payments Follow up with clients for payment collection and resolve any billing-related issues promptly Reporting Analysis Prepare periodic billing and financial reports for project managers and senior management Assist in analyzing project profitability and identifying cost-saving opportunities based on billing data Compliance Quality Control Ensure all billing processes comply with company policies industry standards and legal requirements Perform quality checks to ensure that all billing records are error-free and well-documented Support in Audits Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and billing records Ensure that all project billing and invoicing documents are stored and maintained in accordance with company policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Horticulture Construction Management or related fields knowledge of project billing invoicing and costing preferably in the construction or horticulture sector Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in MS Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint and familiar with billing software or project management tools Good understanding of contracts project specifications and billing procedures Robust communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients vendors and internal teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a billing or costing role in the horticulture landscaping or construction industry Knowledge of project management tools or ERP systems Familiarity with the horticulture or landscaping sector is a plus Benefits Gain hands-on experience in billing and project costing within the horticulture industry Opportunity to work on high-profile landscaping and horticulture projects Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals in the field Learning and growth opportunities in the areas of project management finance and horticulture Job Types Full-time Internship Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
