eLearning multimedia localization project manager Location South Delhi Experience Required 3 years of experience in eLearning multimedia production project management Mahatta Media Solutions is looking for skilled and proactive eLearning Localization Project Manager with strong Client Servicing capabilities to lead and manage end-to-end localization of eLearning courses into multiple languages This role involves collaborating with global clients managing timelines budgets and resources and ensuring high-quality localized content delivery across multiple formats for our audio video translation production and localization team You ll be a part of the team specialized in producing and translating media content include E-learning storyline courses explanatory motion graphic 2D 3D character educational training video eLearning and corporate Ad film etc across the industries IT aviation Pharma Automobile eLearning Manufacturing Publication hospitality finance etc You will work closely with creatives instructional designers storyline editors translators voice-over artists multimedia video teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery of multilingual learning solutions on time and within budget Website URL www mahattamedia com Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage end-to-end localization projects for eLearning courses including translation voice-over subtitling and multimedia integration Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation for multilingual deliveries Coordinate with internal teams Linguists DTP Multimedia QA Engineering and external vendors across different time zones Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while maintaining high quality standards Oversee file management version control and content updates using LMS or CMS systems Client Servicing Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular check-ins status meetings and provide timely updates and reports Gather client requirements and provide guidance on localization best practices formats and workflows Proactively address client feedback queries and concerns with professionalism and clarity Build long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities Team Collaboration Coordinate with instructional designers graphic designers animators video editors and voiceover artists Facilitate cross-functional communication to align media production with instructional goals Media Development Oversight Oversee the development of videos animations simulations and other multimedia components Ensure adherence to branding style guides and technical standards e g SCORM xAPI compliance Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle Vendor and Resource Management Work with external vendors and freelancers for content development translation or other project needs Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation Monitor resource allocation to optimize productivity and control costs Reporting and Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules budgets and post-project reviews Quality Assurance Review media content for accuracy engagement and compliance with eLearning standards Conduct usability testing to ensure functionality across devices and platforms Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline media production workflows and adopt recent technologies Stay updated on trends in eLearning media production including AI tools interactive video and immersive technologies VR AR Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Project Management Linguistics Communications Instructional Design or a related field 3 years of experience in localization project management preferably in eLearning or multimedia content Proven experience managing international clients and working across time zones Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate LMS platforms and localization tools e g SDL Trados MemoQ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations calmly Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation is a plus Salary 35000 - PM Negotiable Job full time at office location in south Delhi Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Ability to commute relocate Hauz Khas Delhi Delhi Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Production management 1 year Required Work Location In person
