1Job Title Delivery Lead - US Accounting Location Chennai Experience Required Minimum 10 Years Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead to manage and oversee accounting and payroll operations for our US client The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in US accounting team management and client handling ensuring seamless delivery of services in line with client expectations Key Responsibilities Lead manage and mentor a team of 10 accounting professionals ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery Act as the primary point of contact for US clients managing expectations addressing queries and building long-term client relationships Oversee day-to-day accounting operations payroll processes and statutory filings related to US compliance Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of financial statements reconciliations and client deliverables Drive efficiency implement best practices and ensure adherence to process and compliance requirements Monitor team performance and provide guidance training and feedback for continuous improvement Coordinate across teams and shifts to meet client deadlines and service standards Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting including payroll processing filings and reporting Strong proficiency in US accounting and payroll software working knowledge of QuickBooks QB and QuickBooks Desktop QBD preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven direct client-handling experience Prior experience in leading and managing teams 10 members Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work in different shifts as per US client requirements Open to both male and female candidates What We Offer Opportunity to work with a reputed US client Dynamic work environment with career growth opportunities Competitive compensation and advantages Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 440 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
